ATCo's Machining equipment (CNC and Conventional) has been selected to handle three different areas:
- Variety of precision tasks associated with critical customer hardware.
- Versatile demands that are part of many
Electron Beam Welding applications, Laser Welding/Drilling/Cutting jobs, or GTA Welding projects. - In-house fabrication of tooling and fixturing.
The machinists have a wealth of experience in working with a wide range of high tech materials. With over 35 years of company experience, ATCo has been confronted with numerous challenges, which add to the capability to process the difficult.
Having a talented in-house machine shop
is critical to overall part processing time and job cost, as most projects require some tooling. ATCo's engineers and
application specialists are able to confer quickly with the experienced machinist group and produce "practical"
tooling without costly and time-consuming formalities. Where procedure and customer demands dictate, ATCo has CAD/CAM engineering
personnel to develop a more formalized drawing/document package.
